How
does this program work?
Texas
requires the student wanting to be licensed to
take 210 hours of course work. This process
can be done in the classroom or at home, in your
office or at the beach on your computer.
The course work is broken down into seven (7)
courses. The courses combines lessons that
students can review at their own pace, up to five
different types of interactive exercises, visually
stimulating instructional graphics, and exams
that measure student understanding of the material.

Practice in Texas - 30 Hour Principles I Course.
This course covers real estate brokerage and
the laws of agency, fair housing, Texas Real
Estate license Act, ownership, taxes, contracts
