How does this program work?
Most people applying for a Salesperson license only need 150 hours of education to qualify to take the State Exam. These 150 hours include Real Estate Principles and Practices (60 hours), Law of Agency (30 hours), Law of Contracts (30 hours) and one 30 hour elective.
In addition to the 150 hours, the State requires completion of 60 hours of electives. If you have previously taken courses from an accredited college, university, proprietary school, trade association, etc. you may have already completed this requirement. If you find that you need extra elective hours, we offer a variety of courses that will fulfill the requirement and help you develop skills for your interests and focus area.
This process can be done in the classroom or at home, in your office or at the beach on your computer.
