A video presentation of the basic principles of real estate portion to assist students in preparing for the course exam and Texas state exam.  A perfect program for visual and auditory learners.  Plus, a "How To" tutorial on taking exams.  These presentations are ONLY to assist students in the learning process and are NOT a part of the on-line course.

How does this program work?

To be licensed as a Broker, you must first hold a Salesperson’s license for at least 2 years in the state of Texas or have a current Broker’s license from another state. You must also meet the educational requirements set by TREC: 900 hours of real estate education. If you have a college degree and 270 hours of core real estate classes you may have already met the requirement. If you need additional classes to meet the 900-hour or even your 270-hour requirement, Kaplan Professional Schools offers several core elective courses that will count towards your educational requirements. All home study courses are offered in conjunction with Kaplan University

This process can be done in the classroom or at home, in your office or at the beach on your computer.
