How does this program work?

Texas requires the student wanting to be licensed to take 210 hours of course work.  This process can be done in the classroom or at home, in your office or at the beach on your computer.  The course work is broken down into seven (7) courses.  The courses combines lessons that students can review at their own pace, up to five different types of interactive exercises, visually stimulating instructional graphics, and exams that measure student understanding of the material. 

  1. Modern Real Estate Practice in Texas - 30 Hour Principles I Course.  This course covers real estate brokerage and the laws of agency, fair housing, Texas Real Estate license Act, ownership, taxes, contracts and listing agreements.  Tuition fee: $135                                               
  2. Modern Real Estate Practice in Texas - 30 Hour Principles II Course.  This course covers real estate brokerage and the law of agency, fair housing laws, Texas Real Estate License Act, ownership, taxes, contracts and listing agreements.  Tuition fee: $135                    
     
  3. Texas Law of Agency Course - 30 Hour Course.  This course is the only Texas-specify online course that explains agency relationship in a logical teaching sequence and in clear straightforward language.  The course provides up-to-date material regarding agency law and regulations in Texas and helps students fulfill their 30 hour core core requirement for practice in Texas.  Tuition fee: $135                                                                                                                                 
       
  4. Texas Property Management - 30 Hour Course has both national principles as well as Texas-specific information that will help the student understand the crucial concepts regarding property management.  The course features numerous graphics, along with some important forms from the Texas Association of Realtors. Case studies give students real-life scenarios that are often seen in the profession. Interactive exercises engage students in their learning experience.  This course offers the most current and thorough introduction to the profession of property management. Tuition fee: $145                                                                        
       
  5. Texas Real Estate Contracts - 30 Hour Course provides important and current information about the Texas Real Estate Commission and crucial TREC forms.  Students will learn how to use these forms in many different transactions for various types of property sales.  Students will understand these contracts through comprehensive reading assignments, quizzes, and Interactive Exercises.  Tuition fee: $135                                                                          
      
  6. Texas Real Estate Math: What You Should Know - 30 Hour ON-LINE only Course will help students review important math concepts and review the importance of each through formulas and calculations, examples and scenarios, and sample problems.  The online course contains Reading comprehension quizzes and Unit Exams that allow each student to review and test themselfs on information they have just read.  Real Estate Math - What you Need to Know can help a student become more comfortable with arithmetic basics as they are used in the world of Real Estate.  Tuition fee: $135                                                                                                   
      
  7. Texas SAE Essentials of Real Estate Finance - 30 Hour Course is a practical resource for students because it provides comprehensive coverage of real estate finance concepts and can help students pass their exams.  Tuition fee: $135
