Salesperson Required Initial Continuing Education Courses (SAE)

If you are in your first license renewal after licensure, you are required to take 60 hours of SAE education during the first year to fulfull your Salesperson Annual Education (SAE) requirement. For each renewal thereafter, Mandatory Continuing Education (MCE) requirements apply.

Blueprint for Success (30 hours) is the best course to get new agents off on the right foot. We offer a variety of other 30 hour courses both in the classroom and via home study to complete this 60 hour SAE requirement.

Mandatory Continuing Education Courses (MCE)

Once you have completed your Salesperson Annual Education (SAE) you are required to complete 15 hours of Mandatory Continuing Education (MCE) every two years in order to renew your license. Six of the 15 hours must be in legal topics.

Alll subsequent MCE license renewals, licensees are required to take a 3-hour legal update course and a 3-hour legal ethics course as part of the 15-hour MCE requirement.
